Here are some commonly asked questions about this site.
- 1. Why do I need the Flash Player installed to view
the site?
- The Flash Player, From Macromedia Inc is a program which allows
some very sophisticated animated effects to happen on screen.
It can be used for a large number of reasons, but on this site it is specifically
used to allow a sophisticated degree of navigation around the site.
It would be more difficult to implement the style and functionality of the
navigation bars using other methods.

- 2. I noticed that the address in the address bar
on my browser doesn't change when I'm on your site. Is there something wrong?
- No, not at all. The first document you open is actually a frameset. A
frameset is like a window with more than one pane.
There are two panes in this window, and while the navigation bar, along
with the main logo stays permanently in the top pane, other pages are loaded
into the bottom pane as you require them.
- 3. My browser doesn't display many of the pages correctly?
- This site was designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer (version
4.0 or above) and Netscape Navigator (version 4.0 or above).
If you are using a previous version of these you should upgrade to this
newer version of the respective browser you are using. This should not cost
you anything.
Browsers other than the two listed above are not supported by this site.
Some pages may display correctly and others may not. It is most unlikely
that this is the only site on which you are experiencing problems. We would
recommend installing one of the two browsers listed above.
